Apply For A Burn Permit
Burn Permit Request (Two-Step Process)
Our policy on burn permits has changed in 2024, so please read the following.
If your "Burn Pit" has not yet been inspected in 2024, you will need to schedule a burn pit inspection prior to a burn permit being issued. Either call or e-mail Fire Marshal Jeff Hahn Tuesday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Please contact Fire Marshal Jeff Hahn to schedule the pit inspection. We can do the pit permit for your approved location to burn and the new burn permit on the same day.

To Request A Burn Permit
Additionally, there is now a $10.00 fee for a burn permit, however, the permit is good between March 1st of each year without having to request multiple permits for burning.
